Different techniques, the same attention to the image.
The reel brings together 3D animation, product CGI, motion design and visual effects. Across those disciplines, I pay attention to how a shot reads: the timing of a reveal, the behaviour of a material and the way light gives an object weight and shape.
For fully CG work, the camera, animation and lighting are developed together. For VFX, the starting point is the footage and the details that make an added element feel part of it. Rendering and compositing bring those decisions into the final image.
